We are currently recruiting an experienced Community Care Assistant to join our dedicated team, supporting people across Scarborough and Filey to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

About The Role

As a Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our customers with their daily care needs while ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.

Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity, and offering compassionate support tailored to each individual's needs. You will also help maintain high standards of service delivery and contribute to the smooth running of our care service.

The role involves working across a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons and evenings, on different days throughout the week. Flexibility is essential, and you will also be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.

Essential Requirements

• A minimum of two years' experience in a care role.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle.
• Business-use car insurance to enable you to travel between customers' homes.
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
• A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, choice and independence.
• The flexibility to work a variety of shifts across the week.
