What You'll Be Doing

• Providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing customers
• Conducting customer appointments generated via the estate agency branch
• Building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise referral opportunities
• Recommending suitable mortgage and protection solutions tailored to customer needs
• Delivering a first-class customer experience throughout the home-buying journey
• Achieving sales and performance targets whilst maintaining exceptional advice standards

We're looking for

• CeMAP qualified candidates or those holding an equivalent mortgage qualification
• Experienced Mortgage Advisors looking to further develop their careers
• Individuals with strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent relationship builders who enjoy working in a face-to-face environment
• Ambitious professionals motivated by career progression and uncapped earnings
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes
