We have a unique opportunity in our partner primary school in Chelmsford to support 2 non-verbal students with complex needs in inclusion as well as to train and upskill LSAs.

Experience of working with Year 2/3 students, semh and complex needs ideally. Immediate trial available

Role will involve supporting and building on understanding of supporting complex needs with LSAs in the school. A great opportunity for someone looking to develop leadership skills and more.

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • Relevant experience with complex needs and non-verbal students
  • Ability to train and develop others
  • Full time availability
  • Available immediately ongoing
  • Understanding, calm and possessing great behaviour management

Successful candidates will be subject to relevant enhanced DBS and Referencing. LT Support will try to respond to all applications within three working days.
