Forevermore Care is looking to recruit a new Senior Support Worker to join our established team in Crewe, Cheshire. You will be leading our fantastic team, as well as supporting our client in their supported living home.

Shifts: This is a full-time position, day shifts, 42 hours contract.

Pay: £13.88 per hour (approx. £30,000 per year)

As a service lead, you will be managing a small team of support staff and helping to ensure that the care delivery for the client is of a gold standard. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring client finances, completing monthly quality checks, managing your team rota and liaising with the client's professional support networks.

Experience in a senior/leadership position in the care sector is desirable, however we will consider individuals who have worked in the sector for a substantial period and are looking for the next step up.

  • Experience working in the care sector (preferably as a Support Worker) is required. A full training & induction programme will be followed to ensure you feel fully prepare to undertake your duties.
