About The Role

As a Residential Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where residents receive outstanding care every day.

You'll lead by example, supporting and motivating your team while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained throughout every shift.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading, motivating and supporting the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care
• Promoting best practice at all times
• Safely administering and recording medication in line with company policies
• Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns promptly
• Building positive relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate care plans and documentation

About You

We're looking for someone who combines compassion with confidence and enjoys supporting others to be their best.

• Experience working within residential care for older people
• An NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards it
• Previous experience leading or mentoring colleagues, or the confidence to step into a leadership role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A caring, patient and positive attitude
