Are you an experienced Home Manager, Registered Manager or Nursing Home Manager looking for an opportunity where you can make a genuine difference?

We’re looking for an accomplished care leader to join Hill Care and take responsibility for an established Sheffield service operating across two adjacent care homes, supporting residents with a varied range of needs including residential, dementia and nursing care.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible, building strong teams and driving improvement.

There is some turnaround and development work to do, so we’re looking for a manager who can quickly understand a service, establish clear priorities and bring people with them.

You’ll have the autonomy and support to strengthen quality, culture, occupancy and operational performance while ensuring that residents remain firmly at the centre of every decision.

What We're Looking For

You'll be an experienced care home leader with a strong understanding of CQC requirements, safeguarding, person-centred care and regulatory compliance.

Experience of managing a nursing service or a complex, varied-needs care environment would be particularly valuable, alongside evidence of successfully improving services, developing teams and delivering sustainable operational performance.

Salary: circa £65,000 per annum
