Full Stack Developer

The Role

• Maintain, improve, and develop existing web applications
• Troubleshoot bugs and resolve production issues efficiently
• Develop new features, integrations, and APIs
• Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements
• Support the transition to a new platform and progressively take ownership of tasks
• Ensure high standards for data integrity, security, and documentation

What You'll Need

• 3-6 years of commercial software development experience
• Strong full-stack development skills
• Experience with a server-side language, a modern JavaScript framework, and SQL
• Proven experience supporting live production systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong ownership of projects
