We're looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join our growing Audit team. You'll take ownership of audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients, working closely with managers and partners to deliver a high-quality service while helping to develop junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Manage audit fieldwork both on-site and remotely
• Prepare and review audit files in line with regulatory requirements
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide practical recommendations
• Prepare statutory accounts and associated working papers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Supervise, coach and support trainees and junior team members
• Liaise with managers and partners on audit findings and client matters
• Ensure compliance with UK auditing and accounting standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearing qualification
• Previous experience within an external audit role in practice
• Strong technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards
• Experience leading audits and supervising junior team members
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive and client-focused approach
• A desire to develop your career within a growing and ambitious firm
