About Engage

Engage Partnerships is a creator talent management and influencer marketing agency based in Leeds, specialising in the health, fitness and wellness space.

We work with an exciting roster of creators and partner with some of the world's leading brands and agencies to build meaningful, commercially successful partnerships.

We're growing - and we're now looking for a Talent & Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

This is an early-career opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the creator world and wants to build a career within one of the fastest-moving areas of marketing.

You don't need years of industry experience. We're much more interested in your potential, personality, creativity, organisation and ambition.

What You'll Do

As a small and ambitious team, you'll get exposure to pretty much every part of Engage.

A big part of the role will be helping us create better content and build the Engage brand, but you'll also work closely with our Talent Managers across our creator roster and support the wider commercial growth of the business.

Your role will include:

  • Helping plan, create and publish content across Engage's social channels
  • Supporting brand outreach and identifying commercial opportunities for our talent
  • Researching brands, agencies, creators and potential partnerships
  • Keeping on top of social media, creator and industry trends
  • Supporting our Talent Managers with day-to-day talent and campaign activity
  • Helping maintain internal systems, processes and databases
  • Finding smarter and more efficient ways for the team to work
  • Supporting wider Engage marketing and business development activity

No two days will look exactly the same.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Social-first and genuinely interested in creators, brands and digital culture
  • Creative and confident bringing new ideas to the table
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive - someone who spots what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked
  • A strong written and verbal communicator
  • Commercially curious and interested in how creators and brands work together
  • Comfortable using social platforms and digital tools
  • Familiar with tools such as Canva and CapCut, or excited to learn
  • Ambitious and keen to develop quickly within a growing business
  • A genuine team player who wants to contribute to where Engage goes next

Experience in influencer marketing, talent management or social media is useful, but it isn't essential.

Whether you're graduating, recently graduated, already in the first few years of your career or looking to move into the creator industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Your First Engage Brief: Get Our Attention.

We're doing the application a little differently.

Alongside your CV, we want you to submit a video of no more than 60 seconds answering one question:

Why should Engage hire you?

How you answer is completely up to you.

We want to see your personality, creativity and how you think. You don't need expensive equipment or professional editing - your phone is more than enough.

No cover letter required.

Full application instructions are provided through our application form.

  • Applications close at 5pm on 23rd October 2026.
