We're looking for an experienced

HSE Manager to join our Beacon Site in Aldershot. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead our Health, Safety and Environmental strategy, helping create a safe, compliant and sustainable workplace while supporting business growth and continuous improvement. [HSE Manage...- Sept 26 | Word]

As the site's HSE expert, you'll work closely with the Leadership Team to promote a positive safety culture, ensure legal compliance and drive environmental excellence across the operation. [HSE Manage...- Sept 26 | Word]

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the site's Health, Safety and Environmental strategy.
• Driving a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement and visible leadership.
• Ensuring compliance with UK HSE legislation and company standards.
• Managing risk assessments, investigations, audits and emergency preparedness.
• Delivering HSE training and supporting competency development.
• Leading environmental initiatives, sustainability projects and ISO 14001 activities.
• Monitoring HSE performance and presenting key metrics to site leadership. [HSE Manage...- Sept 26 | Word]

What We're Looking For

NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)

Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation

Experience within a manufacturing environment

Experience with ISO and/or BRC standards

Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills

Ability to influence, engage and inspire colleagues at all levels

Desirable

• NEBOSH Diploma
• Qualified Auditor status
