Tamworth | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Speedy are the UK’s leading hire provider, and we’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy team in Tamworth.

This is a varied role at the heart of our depot. You’ll work alongside our logistics, transport, customer service and engineering teams, helping to make sure our equipment is ready and available for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

Your Day Could Include

• Preparing equipment and orders for customers
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Checking, testing and organising equipment
• Managing stock and keeping the warehouse organised
• Supporting deliveries and collections when required
• Working with colleagues across the depot to keep everything running smoothly
• Making sure safety is at the heart of everything you do

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’ll give you the training and support you need to develop your skills and build your career with Speedy.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to gain experience across different areas of a busy operation.

What we’re looking for

• A full UK driving licence
• A positive, hands-on attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills
• The ability to adapt and help out where needed
• A willingness to learn, develop and take on new skills
• A strong commitment to working safely
