Bridge House School are recruiting for a Family Support Worker to join our team. We are seeking a passionate, empathetic, and experienced Family Support Lead to play a pivotal role in strengthening our safeguarding culture, improving attendance, and supporting our pupils and families to thrive.

At Bridge House, care and connection are at the heart of everything we do. Every student is welcomed each morning by familiar staff and begins the day with our Nurture Breakfast a calm, structured start that helps them feel settled and ready to learn. Throughout the day, our skilled staff provide enhanced support in and out of lessons, including during break and lunchtime, with structured activities that promote social skills and emotional literacy.

Our trauma-informed, non-punitive approach supports students to build self-awareness and develop the tools they need to self-regulate, manage relationships, and thrive. We believe in restorative practice, where students are supported to learn from their mistakes in a positive and constructive way. A well-structured, individualised rewards system motivates pupils to engage and take pride in their progress, both personally and academically.
