Engineering & Operations Manager for IntelliMax, leading the teams that develop and operate Elekta’s connected device and IoT platform. What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organisation across software, test, DevOps, platform and operations.
• Drive new platform capabilities while maintaining the stability and availability of production services.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Work with Product Management, Architecture, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure and Cyber Security teams to deliver business objectives.
• Support IntelliMax through technology modernisation, operational excellence and scalable engineering practices.
• Champion Agile and DevOps ways of working to improve delivery, quality and efficiency.
• Ensure software quality, security, compliance and operational resilience across the platform.
• Contribute to strategic technology and product roadmaps.

What they’re looking for

• Degree-level qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams in a software, cloud, platform or technology environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments and driving high-performing, collaborative teams.
• A strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, including DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud technologies, microservices and containerisation.
• Proven ability to improve engineering processes, increase operational maturity and drive continuous improvement across teams and platforms.
• Hands-on technical background with experience in software development or platform engineering.
• A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others while fostering a team-first culture and delivering operational excellence.
