The Role
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
- Ensure software quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap planning
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Principal Software Engineer or similar senior role
- Strong expertise in software development methodologies and best practices
- Ability to lead technical projects and drive solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to London approximately once a month for client work
- Must be a UK National, resided in the UK for the past 5 years, and be prepared to undergo UK SC Security Clearance
