Sales Development Representative London / WFH to £80k base (£150k OTE)

Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative you'll focus on selling a managed services (MSP) offering, that handles the full spectrum of IT security.
Following an intensive product training process, you will begin by prospecting and generating your own leads, following your first deal you'll then also receive warm leads to work with. The average deal size is around £150k (with 10% commission paid on all sales in the same month the deal is done), you'll own the whole sales lifecycle, leading discovery calls and demos that solve problems and negotiating deals that please both parties.

Location / WFH
You can work from home, collaborating colleagues remotely but must be commutable to London every 2-3 weeks.
About You
- You have commercial 360 IT sales experience (ideally managed services) and are ready to step up to bigger deals and targets
- You have an enthusiasm and ability to learn about technology and cybersecurity and be able to talk confidently about product and service features to both technical and c-suite prospects
- You enjoy working in fast paced environments with quick decision making and deal turn-around
- You know how to ask the hard questions, handle objections and push deals across the line
- You're motivated, proactive to build your own pipeline, competitive but also a team player
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- You're likely to be degree educated, STEM discipline preferred (but not essential)
- You have a good understanding of cybersecurity concepts
