About The Role

Lycetts Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Project Manager to join our Newcastle office on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and delivering a range of business change initiatives across the Lycetts business. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you will ensure projects are effectively planned, implemented and embedded, helping the organisation achieve its strategic objectives while driving positive business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the successful delivery of projects and change initiatives across the Lycetts business change portfolio.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to shape, plan and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and project governance activities.
  • Monitor project progress, managing risks, issues, dependencies and actions to ensure delivery remains on track.
  • Provide clear and timely reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Support business subject matter experts in defining requirements, testing solutions and adopting change.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training activities and change adoption plans.
  • Foster strong stakeholder engagement, helping teams understand and embrace new ways of working.
  • Drive a practical, delivery-focused approach, stepping in where needed to ensure successful outcomes.

What you'll need to have

  • Proven experience delivering business change and project initiatives from inception through to implementation.
  • Strong project planning, organisation and prioritisation skills, with experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting change adoption, user engagement and developing others throughout the project lifecycle.

What makes you stand out

  • Experience of Insurance and / or Financial Services regulated industries.
  • Experience delivering digital, customer service or contact centre related projects.
