Highway Operatives - Location Poole

Bournemouth Christchurch Poole Council’s Highway Delivery Team are looking for Skilled Highway Operatives to join us in the delivery of works including Routine Maintenance, Construction Schemes, Traffic Management, Winter Service provision and much more.
Do you have experience in the following types of Highway Work and are committed to improving the public highway for our residents and visitors? Experience in Highways Maintenance – patching, remedial repairsExperience in Highways Construction/Resurfacing - Small and Major highway improvement schemes to the networkExperience in the deployment of Traffic Management on rural and urban roads, including high speed networksClass C1 or Class C driver’s licence
Ability to remain calm and polite when engaging with members of the publicThe successful candidates will operate from either Hatch Pond Road Depot in Poole or Southcote Road Depot in Bournemouth.
