What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will provide central administrative and data management support across multiple transport depots and support operations within the Northern region
• As well as acting as a key point of contact for depot admin queries and support requests You will be responsible for maintaining system accuracy and ensuring transport data is correctly recorded, managed, and aligned across all locations
• You will support daily transport operations through coordination, data handling, and collaboration with Transport Managers, Coordinators, and Scheduling teams
• As part of this role you will travel to depots across the UK when required to align and standardise administrative activities
• You will provide weekend on-call support to ensure emergency orders are processed efficiently
• Responsible for maintaining effective record keeping, documentation, and compliance with required processes
• As well as identifying and resolving data discrepancies to improve data quality, consistency, and overall operational performance

• You have excellent administrative and data management capability within a fast-paced operational environment
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and quality
• In addition, you have a proven ability to manage and resolve data queries effectively and efficiently
• Excellent organisational skills with the capability to support multiple locations simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to act as a central point of contact for key stakeholders
• You are a collaborative team player with experience supporting cross-functional operations
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements, documentation standards, and record-keeping processes
• Furthermore, you have an ability to prioritise workload, meet operational demands (including on-call support), travel across UK depots as required, and apply a proactive, problem-solving approach to resolving data discrepancies
