About The Role

Pertemps Plymouth is hiring a Production Operative for a full-time, temp-to-perm position based in Estover, Plymouth, paying £14.05 per hour. Working Monday to Thursday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, the successful candidate will join a supportive production team. Responsibilities include operating machinery, assembling components, conducting quality checks, packing finished goods, and meeting output targets while following strict health and safety protocols. Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing company based in Estover, Plymouth on a late shift basis.

Duties May Include

• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Assembling components and products
• Carrying out quality inspections
• Packing finished products
• Ensuring production targets are achieved
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Be dependable with excellent timekeeping
• Possess good attention to detail
• Be capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Work well independently and as part of a team
