The role

Our three-year graduate training programme offers experience, responsibility, and support from the start. We will give you full study support towards an ICAS or ACCA qualification and give you a training contract to balance your work and studies.

In addition to completing your professional qualifications, you will develop your interpersonal and commercial skills through our comprehensive learning and development programme. This includes our induction experience, learning opportunities available through our JC Aspire programme, and partnership with Moore Global, as well as a range of networking events.

We have positions in our Audit team available for a January 2027 or August 2027 start.

About You

You will be a recent graduate with (or working towards) a first-class or 2:1 honours degree in any subject.

Alongside this, you will have a growth mindset and a passion for learning. You will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and take pride in your work. Good time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound judgments are essential, along with a can-do approach.

Success in this programme requires resilience, flexibility and a commercial mindset. You'll need the confidence to embrace new experiences, the adaptability to work across different teams and projects, and the curiosity to understand the commercial drivers behind the advice and services we provide to our clients.

Our Audit teams

We have positions available in the following specialities:

  • Corporate Audit: Our Corporate Audit team support our clients to ensure that they are compliant with the many financial regulations they are subject to, and which are continually changing. Within our Corporate Audit team, you will get the inside view of a wide range of clients - from Food & Drink to Technology & Life Sciences, to Financial Services and Energy, Infrastructure & Sustainability.
  • Financial Services Audit: Our Financial Services Audit team focus on the wealth and asset management sector, including corporate asset managers, private equity and venture capital structures, LSE listed entities (including FTSE250s) and boasts a number of multi-national household names as clients.
  • Funds Audit: Our Funds Audit team focus on a large portfolio of open-ended regulated funds split across some of the UK's largest names in the sector. These structures make investment in a portfolio of investments, typically ranging from equities to bonds.
  • IT Audit: Our IT Audit team evaluate client systems and applications. They help shape our audit approach, boost efficiency, and improve audit quality. Utilising specialist tools, they analyse client data for unusual trends and high-risk areas. In addition, our IT Audit specialists offer a range of security, risk and controls services to our clients.
