This role is based in our established Leeds office, acting as a regional centre for receiving, photographing, processing and listing the incredible range of jewellery, antiques and collectibles purchased by our Buying team across the North of England.

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, commercially minded Marketplace Listings Specialist to manage and optimise listings on eBay. You’ll play a key role in turning unique, one-of-a-kind items into compelling online listings that sell.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Creating high-quality listings for vintage, antique, and jewellery items
  • Writing clear, engaging, SEO-friendly titles and descriptions
  • Researching comparable sales and pricing items accurately
  • Uploading images, item specifics, and managing listing quality
  • Supporting the growth of our online sales channels

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Organised, efficient, and able to manage high volumes of listings

Desirable

  • Experience with eBay, Vinted, Etsy, Shopify, or similar platforms
  • Prior knowledge of antiques and vintage items
