Job Overview

  • The role is to support contract delivery on a national account, working closely with the Account Manager and numerous regional teams, to ensure contractual deadlines are met. The ideal candidate is someone from an FM background who is methodical, organised who can interpret PPM certification.

    The role is based out Mitie's Birmingham T2 building near the airport.

Main Duties

  • Regular contact with the service desk (call handling team)
  • Liaise with the regional administrators and third-party suppliers for engineers' attendance in line with the contract SLA's.
  • Raise purchase orders for contractual works
  • Build a relationship with a multi stake holder client
  • Creating client reporting packs for the AM
  • Obtain Risk and Method Statements for works where necessary.
  • Building and developing relationships with regional planners and operations teams including weekly chases of open jobs
  • Upload correspondence i.e. work sheets, certificates, quotes onto the database
  • Provide excellent customer service to meet the expectations and requirements of both internal and external clients
  • Carry out regular checks on job status and close where required.
  • Ensure planned maintenance tasks are scheduled and completed within the contract SLA's
  • Respond to emails within given guidelines/timeframes.
  • Creating Work Orders from client system onto Mitie systems
  • Manage the upload of documentation onto the client SharePoint
  • Assist with the monthly financial reporting
