Salary: up to £29,000

We have an exciting opportunity for a QUENSH Administrator to join our growing team, working closely alongside our QUENSH Manager. This role plays a key part in supporting the business to develop and maintain policies and procedures that control critical safety risks.

You’ll be based at our Tipton Hub, surrounded by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team, contributing to high-profile projects while building a long-term career within a growing and diverse utilities group.

The Role

  • Carrying out a wide range of health & safety administrative duties
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of safety policies and procedures
  • Organising, monitoring and checking training records
  • Scanning, saving and distributing documentation
  • Producing and circulating meeting minutes
  • Ensuring office displays and communications are regularly updated
  • Providing support and cover for other departments when required
  • Assisting in updating and maintaining the electronic management system

What You’ll Need

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and occasionally PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail with the confidence to speak up and challenge where appropriate
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible approach
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to manage varied tasks and one-off projects
