Care Team Leader (Days) - Maple Tree Court

42 Hours per Week | 8:00am - 8:00pm | Alternate Weekends Off

Enjoy a consistent two-week rolling rota designed to support a healthy work-life balance:

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

This full-time, 42-hour role offers long day shifts with every other weekend off, providing predictability and plenty of time to recharge between working weekends.

About the Role

As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care every day. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll lead shifts, support your colleagues and ensure care is delivered safely, compassionately and in line with regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting the care team throughout each shift
  • Administering medication safely and accurately
  • Completing care assessments and maintaining care records
  • Allocating duties and mentoring colleagues
  • Promoting person-centred care and resident wellbeing
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC and company standards
  • Creating a positive, supportive environment for residents, families and colleagues

  • Has experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Care Team Leader
  • Is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care
