Sexual Healthcare Support Worker/Receptionist
Working Pattern: Part Time (21 Hours per week)
Salary (Pro rata): £14,687.40
Holiday entitlement: 27 days plus public holidays pro rata

Location: Based mainly in Hereford city centre, with occasional countywide travel.
The post is primarily based at our sexual health clinic in Hereford city centre. From time to time, you may also be required to provide reception support at outreach clinics across Herefordshire. You will be joining a small, friendly, and supportive team committed to delivering high-quality sexual health services to our local community.

The Role
As our Receptionist, you will:
- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional reception service.
- Answer telephone enquiries and support patients in accessing the appropriate services.
- Register patients and manage appointments using our electronic clinical systems.
- Complete a range of administrative and data entry tasks accurately.
- Support the team with general office administration.
- Assist with marketing activities and social media content where appropriate.
- Help maintain a welcoming, safe, and confidential environment for all service users.
