leWe're looking for an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing infrastructure and help drive measurable business growt
h.Working closely with the marketing team, you'll manage our paid media, CRM, marketing automation, website performance and analytics, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, leads are captured accurately, and marketing performance is clearly connected to commercial outcome
s.

What You'll Be D
oing• Own and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other relevant digital chann
els.• Build, optimise and report on digital marketing campaigns, ensuring strong ROI and lead generation performa
nce.• Manage marketing automation, email nurture campaigns and CRM integrations to improve lead management and customer journ
eys.• Ensure all marketing leads are accurately captured, tracked and attributed through CRM and marketing platfo
rms.• Create and maintain landing pages, campaign tracking, UTM parameters and conversion track
ing.• Produce clear, commercially focused reports and dashboards demonstrating campaign performance, pipeline contribution and return on investm
ent.• Work with external web agencies to manage the technical performance and ongoing development of the company webs
ite.• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are launched successfully and supported by robust digital proces
ses.
What We're Lookin
g For• At least 5 years' experience in a hands on B2B digital marketing
role.• Strong experience managing Google Ads across Search, Display and Remarketing campa
igns.• Experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other paid social platf
orms.• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Spotler, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or sim
ilar.• Experience working with CRM systems and integrating marketing activity with lead management proce
sses.• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM management, analytics and campaign repor
ting.• Experience working with WordPress websites and landing page manage
ment.• Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills and a passion for improving marketing performance through
data.• A proactive, solutions focused approach with the confidence to build and improve marketing processes from the groun
d up.
