Purchasing Assistant (Maternity Cover)

This role is all about providing support to the members of the central team so that they can focus on value added opportunities. This position plays a key role in supporting the central finance and purchasing teams by ensuring systems and data are accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about using data to drive smart business decisions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Hotel Operations: Particularly in Food & Beverage (F&B) departments.
• Understanding of Financial Processes: Familiarity with stock journaling, rebates, allowances, and expenditure monitoring.
• Data Analysis Skills: Ability to interpret financial data and contribute to business insights.

Fixed Term Contract. Start 1st November.
