Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Structured Products Sales team as an Assistant. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced financial environment, with the potential to transition into a full-time position upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

      •     Assist in the pricing of structured products across various asset classes

      •     Support the generation and analysis of trade ideas tailored to client needs

      •     Collaborate in the creation and refinement of marketing materials and product documentation

      •     Conduct market research and assist in preparing client presentations

      •     Liaise with internal teams to support the sales workflow

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

      •     Recent graduate or early-stage professional (0–1 year experience in finance)

      •     Strong interest in financial markets, derivatives, and investment products

      •     Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

      •     Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg, VBA or Python is a plus

      •     Strong written and verbal communication skills

      •     Fluent in English and Italian is a plus

      •     Eligible to work in the UK
