The Role
As an
Equipment Installation Technician, you’ll follow the guidance of an Occupational Therapist or other health professional to install and construct standard and bespoke minor aids and adaptations to ensure vulnerable people in Hampshire can live independently.
You’ll receive full training and support to enhance your practical skills.
What you’ll do
- Install, repair and collect standard and bespoke equipment in service users’ homes across Hampshire.
- Demonstrate how to safely use, maintain and clean equipment to service users, carers and healthcare professionals.
- Efficiently manage and schedule your own workload.
- Lift and move equipment weighing up to 25KG.
What we’re looking for
- A valid full driving licence that entitles you to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission.
- General knowledge of building skills, operating small workshop machinery and power tools, fixing methods and fault-finding techniques.
- Commitment to demonstrating our values and behaviours, showing compassion, empathy and respect.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Physically able to undertake the moving and handling of equipment up to 25KG.

Mon - Fri 8am - 4.30pm (including lunch break)

Travel Requirements
