Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped commission up to 30% (no threshold) Realistic Year 1 OTE: £30k–£35k+

• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

• Manage the full recruitment process from first contact to offer stage
• Achieve targets with guidance and support from experienced consultants and our dedicated L&D Manager
