With a strong reputation for customer service and technical expertise, we're expanding our sales team and are looking for experienced renewable energy sales professionals to generate new business opportunities.

The Role

We're looking for seasoned sales professionals with experience in Solar PV, Battery Storage and/or Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs).

This is a commission-only opportunity offering uncapped earning potential for individuals who are confident generating their own leads, carrying out consultations and converting opportunities into installations.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own sales opportunities across the North West & North Wales.
• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable renewable energy solutions.
• Present quotations and explain the benefits of Solar PV, Battery Storage and ASHP systems.
• Manage your sales pipeline from enquiry through to signed contract.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Work closely with our technical and installation teams to ensure a smooth handover.

What We're Looking ForEssential

• Proven experience selling Solar PV, Battery Storage and/or Air Source Heat Pumps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong closing ability with a proven sales track record.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Access to your own vehicle.
• Comfortable travelling across the North West & North Wales.

Desirable

• Existing network or lead generation experience.
• Knowledge of renewable energy products and current market trends.
• Experience using CRM systems.
