Transaction Manager - Romford Chery

Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Transaction Manager to join and work with our Chery dealership in Romford.

This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis 5 day working week Monday - Sunday, with a basic salary of up to £30,000 and an OTE of £50,000, and reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for an individual with strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to progress their career towards the next stages of management. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience:

• Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals
• Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
• Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance
• A drive to meet and exceed targets
• Full UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the whole team
• Being fully compliant to AMG, the brand and legislative standards
• Developing and maintaining the highest level of product knowledge
• Carrying out part exchange appraisals
• Providing an exceptional buying experience from the offset
