Medical Staffing Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Womens and Childrens division for a Band 4 Medical Staffing Administrator.
The successful candidate will prepare and update medical rotas for daily activities as well as ensuring out of hours cover is maintained.
The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work as part of a team in a pressurised environment and to be able to manage their own workload whilst managing conflicting demands and regular interruptions.
The post holder will organise and assist in the delivery of all inductions for medical staff joining the department including rotational trainees and locally employed medical staff of all levels.
Liaise with the Medical Agency team, Medical Recruitment, HR, Medical Workforce teams, theatre, and outpatient departments to assist in effective rota planning.
Will require a flexible approach to work and excellent organisational skills are also essential.
The post holder will attend and support meetings within the Business Unit as required.
