The role We are seeking to appoint a Digital Scholarship and Innovation Coordinator to work in our Content and Open Research team. In this a newly created role to support our commitment to embed innovation across our teaching and research. This role you will be responsible for the and practical delivery of digital scholarship activities including but not limited to the new Library Digital Scholarship Service. You will also play a key role in the provision of comprehensive, effective and efficient support in the area of digital innovation applied to collections (including digitisation) and the practical application of AI solutions to improve our Library Service workflows. About you We are looking for an confident individual with an interest in embedding digital innovation to teaching and research. You will have an excellent understanding of the latest challenges and opportunities around digital innovation (including AI), digitisation and digital shift of resources in the academic library context. You will have experience of multi-tasking while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a busy service. As part of this role, you will delivery of training and advising on copyright matters, as required. There is an expectation that the post holder will work some days on campus and that they will be able to support and train colleagues as needed.
