Are you passionate about providing timely, compassionate mental health support? We are holding a recruitment open day for people interested in joining our Acute Directorate in North Lincolnshire, including our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team and our new 24-hour Open Access Mental Health Service at Great Oaks.
Recruitment Open Day

Time: 10:00 – 17:00
Venue: Great Oaks Mental Health Unit, Ashby High Street, Scunthorpe, DN16 2JX
Morning drop-in: meet the team, visit the service environment and find out more about the roles.
Afternoon interviews: pre-booked interviews will be available, with same-day interviews offered where possible.

Our Acute Directorate has benefitted from multi-million-pound capital investment, creating a modern, therapeutic and purpose-built environment for people who require urgent mental health care.
Our services provide timely mental health assessment and intensive home treatment for residents of North Lincolnshire, supporting people in the least restrictive environment and helping them access the right care as early as possible.
A growing and innovative service
Alongside our established Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team, we are launching a new 24-hour Open Access Mental Health Service, providing rapid assessment and support in a safe and supportive environment.
This is an opportunity to help shape a new service and improve crisis care for local communities.
Current Opportunities Include
Band 6 Crisis Practitioners – Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team and new Open Access Mental Health Service. Some posts operate as part of a 7-day rota.

Peer Support Workers – employed by the People Focused Group working with RDaSH, in the new Open Access Mental Health Service.

What To Expect On The Day
The morning session is an informal opportunity to meet the team, learn about the services and ask questions. The afternoon will include interview slots for candidates ready to progress, with same-day interviews available where possible.
Successful candidates will be advised of the outcome as soon as possible. Appointments will be subject to usual NHS recruitment and pre-employment checks.
