This is a fundamental role to support our ambition to continually grow the business.
What you’ll do
Be responsible for the booking in of deliveries
Ensure all jobs are fulfilled correctly and accurately
Take responsibility of the team and ensure all tasks are completed before the shift finishes
Handle any discrepancies in the orders and ensure they all go out accordingly
Support management with all daily tasks as required
Be confident to make daily decisions regarding the warehouse and staff members ensuring everyone’s time is managed effectively.
Ensure Health and Safety process are adhered to at all times.
Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and any issues are raised.
Make sure all stock taking procedures are adhered to and staff is managed appropriately
Who you are
Have excellent communication skills
Be a team player
Able to work well under pressure
Be prepared to learn new skills
Be computer literate
Basic excel knowledge
A good ability to work under pressure
Adaptable and self-motivated
Industry knowledge advantageous but not essential
