About the role

Be the Organising Force Behind Our Team

We're looking for a Section Administrator to provide accurate, efficient, and proactive administrative support to the Section Manager and team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage rosters and timesheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Update systems, databases, and records as required, including opening and closing work orders.
  • Support the administration of the Assessment in The Line process.
  • Set up and maintain effective filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance for safety-critical documents.
  • Undertake general office administration duties for the Section Manager, using a range of skills to provide seamless support.
  • Provide assistance to other Section Administrators as directed.
