The opportunity

This is a genuine 360 recruitment role, giving you the autonomy to develop your own specialist market while working with established clients across the global renewable energy sector.

You'll recruit into an industry experiencing sustained growth, partnering with organisations delivering projects across Europe, North America and other international markets.

Whether your strength is winning new business, developing existing accounts or building exceptional candidate relationships, you'll have the support and freedom to build a successful desk.

What you'll be responsible for

• Developing new business opportunities and growing long-term client partnerships.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across contract assignments.
• Building relationships with specialist professionals within your market.
• Providing consultative recruitment solutions to clients across global markets.
• Developing your own niche and becoming recognised as a market specialist.
• Working collaboratively with a high-performing team while taking ownership of your own success.
