The Leeds Clinic – Roundhay & Moortown
We’re looking for an exceptional Part-Time Personal Assistant & Receptionist to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives on organisation, enjoys managing busy schedules, and takes pride in ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
This role will be based across our Roundhay and Moortown clinics, so the successful candidate must be able to travel between both locations.
Part-time, including weekend availability. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends is essential.
• Complex diary and appointment management
• Providing high-level administrative support
• Coordinating meetings and schedules
• Welcoming patients with a warm, professional approach
• Managing calls, emails and enquiries
• Maintaining accurate patient records and clinic systems
• Supporting the day-to-day running of our busy luxury private clinics
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Experienced in administration and diary management
Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional, proactive and discreet
Friendly, confident and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Medical Secretary, Practice Administrator or Senior Administrator is highly desirable.
