The Project Planner role involves coordination of resources, stakeholders, and documentation to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

You should have experience of working with a wide range of colleagues, stakeholders, clients and customers. Ideally with a background in large infrastructure or construction projects. The role requires strong communication skills, administrative expertise and PC Skills to include, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support directly into the Contract Managers, Project Manager and engineering teams across multiple LV projects.
  • Maintain and monitor project schedules, plans, and progress trackers.
  • Coordinate internal resources and suppliers for the execution of projects.
  • Link in with scheduling teams to coordinate resource for customer appointments
  • Liaise with SPEN representatives and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Engage with customers and residents with the communities where the project takes place
  • Track and report on project progress, issues, and risks, escalating as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with SPEN and internal governance procedures.
  • Assist with the collation and submission of information for the commercial and billing team
  • Attend and minute project meetings; circulate action logs and follow up on actions.
  • Support Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) compliance and initiatives.

This is Project Planner role is a permanent position working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
