Role: Lead Psychologist for a specialist mental health service catering to men who are deaf and have complex communication needs.

Salary: Up to £70,000 annually.

### Key Responsibilities

– Provide individual and group psychological interventions.

– Conduct diagnostic and cognitive assessments, risk assessments, and create detailed reports.

– Supervise and mentor a team of Psychologists and Assistants.

– Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and hospital governance.

– Develop new clinical initiatives and contribute to service improvement.

– Deliver a variety of therapeutic approaches like CBT, EMDR, and DBT.

### Requirements

– HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist and charterable status with the British Psychological Society.

– Doctorate-level qualification in applied psychology.

– Experience in working with complex needs and trauma.

– Competence in assessments, formulations, and therapeutic interventions.
