Finance / Billing Administrator (Full Time)

Full time, 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch

Location: Walsall

Furdeco is a nationwide two-person delivery company specialising in furniture and garden items. Our delivery service runs across 7 days a week to suit customer’s needs.

With over 10 years’ experience, we have built up a good reputation in our space delivering home furniture, appliances and related products within the UK, working with a number of household brands including Debenhams, Harveys, Furniture Village and DFS to name a few!

Essential Requirements

  • Data entry in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic credit control - chasing payments.
  • Processing of invoices and filing.
  • Financial data entry, checking and invoicing using inhouse software.
  • Assisting accounting team with basic accounts related tasks and may be required in ad hoc projects.
  • Processing and archiving of delivery notes.
  • General administrative duties.
