Process Operator

Are you ready to work with high-speed production processes and help keep operations running at their best? As a Process Operator at our Livingston bakery, you'll play a key role in supporting the manufacture of some of the UK's most recognisable and best-loved biscuit brands, helping to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll join a fast-paced and supportive production team where collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do. Working with modern food manufacturing processes and production equipment, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable technical skills while making a visible contribution to the success of the site.

Working a rotating three-shift pattern, you'll alternate between mornings, afternoons, and nights, gaining exposure across different areas of the production operation while supporting the continuous running of our bakery. This varied schedule provides excellent opportunities to broaden your experience, develop your knowledge, and build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Your Role in Creating Quality Bakes

• Be part of a skilled production team supporting a fast-paced, high-volume food manufacturing operation.
• Work with modern production equipment, systems, and manufacturing processes within a quality-focused environment.
• Contribute to operational excellence by supporting efficiency, consistency, and high product standards across the site.
• Help maintain the exceptional quality and food safety standards that underpin some of the UK's most recognisable biscuit brands.

The Key Ingredients

• Experience within a manufacturing, production, warehousing, logistics, or similarly fast-paced environment would be beneficial.
• A strong commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive mindset with the willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Comfortable working within a production environment and following established processes and procedures.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a busy operational environment.
