ICT Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking ICT Services Manager to bridge the gap between technical operations and business strategy, ensuring that day-to-day IT systems, support infrastructure, and technology services are delivered efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organisational objectives.

This role is central to delivering a high-quality digital experience for all College stakeholders by supporting systems, people, and processes, and contributing to the ongoing success of the College's Digital Transformation Strategy.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a relevant degree or appropriate professional qualification together with experience with service and change management. An ITIL, PRINCE2 or AGILE qualification would be desirable. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate experience of managing a multi-site service department together with experience of budget planning and management. Experience in overseeing IT asset lifecycles and managing relationships with external suppliers, ensuring value for money and optimal service delivery is essential.

The College is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse community and welcomes applications from individuals across all sectors. We aim to reflect the diversity of our student population in our staff profile, ensuring that we provide the best possible experience and environment for our learners. Our goal is to continue to develop a vibrant, supportive, and inclusive workplace where all staff can thrive.

For the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Solihull College & University Centre is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all students and expects all staff to engage fully with this commitment.
