Business Innovation Connector

Bolton College, in collaboration with the Greater Manchester Colleges (GMC) Business Innovation Programme, is seeking to appoint a Business Innovation Connector. This exciting role will support the growth of business innovation across Greater Manchester by building strong relationships with employers and connecting them to opportunities for collaboration, skills development and innovation support.
As a Business Innovation Connector, you will engage with businesses, organise networking and engagement activities, promote innovation initiatives, and support the delivery of programme objectives. Working with colleagues and external partners, you will help identify opportunities, coordinate activities, maintain records and contribute to impact reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in business engagement, stakeholder management or employer partnerships.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience supporting events, workshops or business engagement activities.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work collaboratively.
