As Housing Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, drive service excellence, and create an environment where young people feel safe, supported and empowered to achieve their goals.

What You'll Be Doing
As Housing Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of My Place.
- Lead, motivate and develop Housing Engagement Workers and Night Security staff.
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred support.
- Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where young people can flourish.
- Manage tenancies, occupancy levels, arrears and move-on pathways.
- Champion safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management.
- Support the delivery of meaningful activities that build life skills, confidence and independence.
- Work closely with partner agencies to improve outcomes for young people and help tackle homelessness across Norfolk.
