Reporting directly to the Technical Support Manager, your main role will be to Repair, support & maintain industrial Vending Machine Inventory solutions at various customer locations across the UK. Full training & shadowing will be given to the right candidate.

What will you do on a normal day?
- Repair of Inventory solution machines across the UK
- Maintenance of Inventory solution machines across the UK
- 100% Compliance of all salesforce features
- Ensuring all tasks / requests meet quality standards.
- Analysing and resolving faults.
- Always ensure safe working practices.
- Complying with Company and on-site / customer health & safety rules and regulations.
- van stock management to ensure you are carrying the right parts to achieve a first-time resolution.

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience of mechanical and electrical implementation would be an advantage.
- Full health and safety compliance.
- An understanding of VMI industry / market sector.
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional customer service experience (face to face and telephone).
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Knowledge of using a computer and windows software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on your own, and use your initiative
- Hands on mechanical ability.

- Highly motivated with strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail

- Full Clean Driving Licence.
- Flexible with working hours to ensure deadlines are met.
- Willing to travel, including regular overnight stays across the UK.
- Limited international travel may be required.
- Joining the call out rota may be required to help deliver our 24 hours a day / 7 days a week availability promise
- The role can be demanding and physical at times.
