We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Public Uniformed Services professional to join our team and help shape the future workforce. Working with ambitious learners, you'll deliver inspiring lessons, share real-world knowledge, and play a key role in preparing students for successful careers in the sector. No teaching experience? No problem – we provide comprehensive support and teacher training to help you succeed.
This exciting role will include
- Joining an innovative team, welcoming of new ideas and experience.
- Delivery to a range of UPS students across their BTEC Qualification.
- Working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver engaging and informative sessions.
If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you:
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience in a Public Uniform Service.
- Proven career experience.
- Ambitious and collaborative.
- For many of our teaching roles, we welcome applications from candidates at any stage of their career, including industry professionals with no/limited teaching experience. We are able to offer teacher development & qualifications to enable teaching success.

College location: Based at our Hastings campus.
Annual salary: £30,000 - £42,000
(Subject to qualifications, skills and experience – please note the top of the payscale is reserved for highly qualified and experienced teachers.)
Hours: Full time – 37 Hours / 52.14 weeks
