Key Tasks/Accountabilities

  • Collation and cleansing of data from various existing documents and applications, and formatting to input on a pre-existing Spreadsheet.
  • Calling or emailing the Site Network to confirm that existing data is correct, or fill in any gaps.
  • Assist the Asset Administrator with basic administration tasks required within the department.
  • Document filing and recording of dates and information on various spreadsheets.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

  • Computer literacy and knowledge of google docs and sheets.
  • Focused individual who will be comfortable reviewing and editing large amounts of data.
  • Comfortable and confident making phone calls and a friendly telephone manner.
  • Administrative background desirable but not essential.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment.
