We Are Seeking An Experienced, Dynamic, And Motivated Occupational Therapist To Join Us As a Senior Clinician. You Will Work Closely With Our Team Leads And Clinical Specialists To Deliver High‑quality, Person‑centred Care And To Help Shape The Development Of The Front Door Therapy Services Across a Range Of Areas Including

Our department operates an integrated therapy service, where OTs and Physiotherapists work alongside each other in each of the clinical areas. The culture of multi-disciplinary working is well established and respected within the hospital.

The Therapy department is committed to providing an environment of excellent professional growth and offers daily team huddles and regular departmental meetings; ensuring effective communication within the teams. We incorporate CPD time, regular performance reviews and service development projects. Supervision is highly regarded within the department as a method of ensuring all staff are supported in their professional development and career progression.

We provide emergency and non-emergency services to the residents of East Surrey, North-East West Sussex, and South Croydon, including the major towns of Crawley, Horsham, Reigate and Redhill; a community of over 535,000 people. We provide acute and complex services and a range of outpatient, diagnostic services whilst Crawley Hospital and Horsham in West Sussex and Caterham Dene Hospital and Oxted Health Centre in Surrey provide less complex planned services.
